Accommodations

Rooms for participants at the workshop may be reserved at the Hampton Inn Dulles Cascades located at 46331 McClellan Way, Sterling, VA 20165. Please note that breakfast is not being provided at the workshop location.

Reservation Procedures

For reservations at the Hampton Inn we recommend that you call the hotel directly at (703) 450-9595, by calling the Central Reservations system at 1-800-HAMPTON , or by the web at the Hampton Inn Dulles Cascades Website.

All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card whether reservations are made via room list or individual call in.

Transportation

All participants will be responsible for their own transportation arrangements to arrive at the workshop location. However, complimentary transportation will be provided from/to Dulles airport to/from the hotel using the Hotel Shuttle bus.
